I finished the first month of my year without beer, marking it with a mineral water while my colleagues each enjoyed a celebratory Heineken instead.
With less than an hour until midnight I think I can safely say that the first month of my year without beer has been successfully completed. So far I have raised a total of £137 for charity thanks to generous donations.
What better way to end this month than with a celebratory beer… that will be 2 Heinekens for my colleagues and a mineral water for me!
