Day 366 of my year without beer can only mean one thing – New Year’s Eve without beer!
At time of writing this my fundraising total is £496!
I set out on my Year Without Beer in an attempt to raise money for 2 charities that are both very close to my heart and with the hope that if just one person each day donated the equivalent value of a pint of beer (£3) or glass of wine (£5) to each of the charities I could raise at least £2,000 (£1,000 for each charity). Perhaps I was too optimistic with this target, but I have still raised over £430.
In 2012 I was raising money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and Cancer Research UK.
