Want a juicing recipe that could help your eyesight? Try “Seeing Red”.

Red bell peppers help support night vision, thanks to their high levels of vitamin A. Red peppers are high in vitamin C, containing almost 300 percent of your recommended daily vitamin C intake.

Red peppers are also a great source of vitamin B6 and magnesium. This vitamin and mineral combination has been shown to help decrease anxiety, especially related to pre-menstrual symptoms. Vitamin B6 is also a natural diuretic, so red bell peppers can help to reduce bloating and prevent against hypertension.

Oh, and I love the taste of red bell peppers too!
