Nigel set me homework on air, and I read out the chapter of my own book where I admit I got stuck writing it.

Nigel’s written five books and still thinks nobody loves him when the emails go quiet. We got onto mindset, mornings and star jumps.

Episode 101, Jack Canfield, clay-free tennis shoes, my four seasons of a story, and Nigel telling a fellow speaker to move seats.

Episode 100, I turned up early for once, and Nigel built the whole show around expectations and asking for what you want.

One episode short of 100, we got onto trust and being yourself, and I owned up to buying cars just to impress people.

When I’m stuck I ask myself what love would do. Nigel and I on love versus fear, and a word I made up.

Nigel thought the hard 30 was about boiling an egg. It’s actually 30 or 90 days of daily habits all aimed at one goal.

Nigel reckons 59 million people pushing the rules an inch is a lot of inches. Then he took three hours over a packet of crisps.

The acronym we came up with for my daughter’s primary school, believe, enjoy, succeed, together, and why it works just as well for grown-ups.

We turned up with no topic at all, and Nigel told me his kids got him an ice cream van for his birthday.

Nigel covered his lips in white sun cream, I cracked up, and then he made a proper point about taking your own advice.
