Love
"You don't need to justify your love, you don't need to explain your love, you just need to practice your love. Practice creates the master" (Miguel Ruiz, The Mastery of Love)
Perhaps the most important habit of all is the practice of love. And when I say the practice of love, what I mean is this.
I believe everything we do in life is driven by one of two things: love or fear. When we come from a place of fear, we make bad decisions. We upset people, we cause problems, we make life more difficult than it needs to be.
But if you come from a place of love, love is about giving to other people. Love is about being of service. Love is about loving yourself, too.
And if you truly show yourself love, and you truly show others love, guess what you receive? You get what you put out into the world. If you put out fear, you get things to be afraid of. If you put out love, it's love that comes back. And trust me, there's no better way to live.
There's a song I really like, and it says: in love I was born, and in love is how I hope I die.
Practise some love today. Share your love.
