Get people talking
Marketing has one main job. It starts conversations. That means people talking to you, and people talking about you. If nobody knows who you are, nobody can buy from you. This talk is about simple ways to get both going, so word of mouth does more of the work for you.
AI and marketing: what's working now
I first programmed AI at university in 1994. Lately I've been showing business owners which of the new tools actually help with their marketing. This talk is about what's working right now, and how to use it without losing the human bit that people buy from.
Done beats perfect
Waiting for perfect keeps you stuck. This one is about getting the thing finished and out the door, warts and all. It's the idea behind my book.

Business coaching
I coach business owners through ActionCOACH.
Most owners I meet are working harder than ever and getting further from the life they started the business for. Coaching is about turning that round, so the business starts working for you.
There's one-to-one coaching, plus 12-session MasterCLASS courses in things like sales, marketing and leadership. There's also GrowthCLUB, where you build a 90-day plan alongside other local business owners.
